Volume discounts: the more you buy, the less you pay
Automatic discount on the quantity of the same product: 5% off from 3 units, 10% off from 5 units, 20% off from 10 units.
The discount is applied directly in the cart, with no promo code. On each product page, the “Volume discount” table shows the unit price at each level. The discount applies to the quantity of the same item; a few low-margin products have a capped discount, shown on their page.

The loyalty programme of DIETANAT® is valid on the whole website www.dietanat.com , and on all the products in the online catalogue.
1. Purpose of the loyalty programme DIETANAT®
The DIETANAT®loyalty programme, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, aims to give participants:
- loyalty rewards that can be converted into loyalty vouchers,
- promotional offers,
- specific benefits during events organised by DIETANAT®,
2. Joining the DIETANAT® loyalty programme
The DIETANAT® loyalty programme is open to any adult who has spontaneously registered on the website www.dietanat.com and/or who has been referred by an existing member and has registered on the website.
3. The benefits of the “DIETANAT® loyalty programme”
Duration of the loyalty programme: membership of the loyalty programme lasts 1 year, renewable each calendar year, unless changed by the administrators of the website www.dietanat.com with three months' notice, allowing users to use the loyalty rewards they have already earned during this period.
Earning loyalty rewards: each validated purchase on the website www.dietanat.com automatically credits the user's account with a loyalty reward, according to the current scale* (*see appendix 1).
Rewards are accumulated automatically on purchases.
All products purchased, including products on promotion, earn rewards, except gift vouchers and loyalty vouchers, on the website www.dietanat.com.
Any return of goods that earned a loyalty reward at the time of purchase leads to the cancellation of the reward corresponding to the value of the returned goods.
Validity of loyalty vouchers: Loyalty vouchers are valid on all products of the website www.dietanat.com within the validity period shown on the voucher. Loyalty vouchers may not under any circumstances be transferred, refunded, exchanged or sold.
Using loyalty rewards: once converted into a voucher, loyalty rewards can be used on all products of the website. They cannot be combined with other loyalty offers. No change will be given.
Validity of rewards: Loyalty rewards do not expire as long as the programme is active. The voucher obtained by converting them is valid for 365 days.
Viewing your rewards: Loyalty rewards earned are credited to the personal account of the user of the website www.dietanat.com .
The holder of DIETANAT® loyalty rewards can check their balance at any time through their personal account on the website www.dietanat.com .
4. Converting DIETANAT® loyalty rewards
The DIETANAT® loyalty rewards can be converted into loyalty vouchers at any time, with no minimum, from the customer account. The voucher is valid for 365 days.
Example: €100 of purchases = €2 loyalty reward.
Loyalty rewards have no market or asset value and can in no case be exchanged for cash. Any sale or exchange of loyalty rewards is prohibited.
5. Fraudulent use of loyalty rewards
Any breach of these terms of membership leads to the cancellation, without any compensation, of loyalty rewards obtained in breach of these terms or through abusive or fraudulent use.
6. Change of address
Any change of address or name must be reported:
- through your personal account on the website www.dietanat.com ;
- by post to DIETANAT®, loyalty department, 4 impasse du bourg, 47310 Roquefort, France.
The customer guarantees the accuracy of all the information provided and will be solely responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or outdated information.
7. Changes to or termination of the DIETANAT® loyalty programme
DIETANAT® reserves the right to change or end its loyalty programme at any time, provided members are informed by post and/or e-mail. The termination or modification of the loyalty programme of DIETANAT® shall in no way entitle the member to any particular consideration or damages, within the limit of the use of the rewards previously earned and usable during the 3-month notice period.
8. Data protection
By joining the DIETANAT®loyalty programme, the member accepts the use of their personal data by the company DIETANAT®. The personal data collected are necessary to benefit from the advantages of the loyalty programme DIETANAT®, and allow DIETANAT® to get to know the member better in order to send them information and targeted offers based on their purchases, interests and expectations.
Under the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer is informed that the information collected when registering on the website www.dietanat.com is necessary to process and issue loyalty rewards. DIETANAT® has declared its file to the French data protection authority (CNIL). The personal data collected as part of this loyalty programme are processed electronically, in compliance with the legal framework in force. The customer is informed that they have a right of access to and rectification of the information concerning them held by the company DIETANAT® and processed electronically. This right of access and rectification can be exercised:

The terms and conditions of the loyalty programme of DIETANAT® can be obtained by simply downloading and/or reading them on the website www.dietanat.com.
Appendix 1 to the DIETANAT® Loyalty Programme:
Calculation of loyalty rewards:
Each full €10 (incl. VAT) of validated and non-refunded purchases on the website www.dietanat.com earns a €0.20 loyalty reward, i.e. 2% of the purchase amount (calculated on the cart total, after deducting discount vouchers).
Rewards are validated once the order has been shipped and the return period has expired; they are cancelled if the order is cancelled or refunded.
Incomplete €10 blocks are not taken into account.
