What proof do I need to provide?
Your SIRET number (or national business registration number), entered in the request form with the e-mail address of your dietanat.com customer account.
Does the discount apply to all products?
Yes, the 20% discount covers the entire catalogue. A few low-margin products carry a smaller discount, applied automatically.
Can professional prices be combined with volume discounts?
No. Volume discounts (5% from 3, 10% from 5, 20% from 10 units) are reserved for private customers. Professional prices give you 20% off from the first unit, which is more favourable up to 10 units of the same product.
How do I see professional prices?
Once your account is activated, log in: discounted prices excluding VAT are shown on every page of the site and in your cart.
Can I have my own formula manufactured?
Yes. Our workshop produces capsules, extracts and mother tinctures in small runs, under your brand. Visit our contract manufacturing page to request a quote.
How can I recommend Dietanat to my patients?
