Contract manufacturing: general terms of sale
Dietanat's general terms of sale for contract manufacturing, processing and packaging services are published in French. The French version is the only binding version. It covers quotations, orders and deposits, regulatory compliance, materials supplied by the client, manufacturing tolerances and traceability, organic production, delivery and transfer of risk, claims, prices, payment terms (30 days from invoice date, late-payment interest and the €40 fixed recovery fee), liability, intellectual property, confidentiality and governing law (French law, courts of the manufacturer's registered office).
